Facebook new technology spy on your emotion through your phone camera


In today’s world, people uses social media such as Facebook to share photos, ideas, videos and all aspect of their life, chatting with friends.

Due to these reason, famous social media in the world today, Facebook with almost 2 billion users come up with the idea to develop technology which watches you through your phone camera according to The sun and analyse your facial expression while you’re browsing on Facebook app.


This come up after Facebook get patent approval, allows them to move forward on improving the way you tweak your messages. 
Facebook will improve this feature through getting feedback from you regarding on your typing speed, how hard to press the key, changing the size and font so that may be related to your temper.

CBI Software Company discovered social media network applied for patent which would allow them to capture pictures of the user through their phone as they browse. The design date back 2015, and include illustrations of a person holding their smartphone, with a camera taking picture and detecting emotions features like smiling or frowning.

The main idea is that not everything seen by people on Facebook news feed can make them smile or laugh, others may frown. So due to such factors Facebook wants to analyse your facial expression so that may improve the placement of content in their Newsfeed, such how you accept to like what you’re seeing on the site. For instance if you’re appear to smile while seeing something on the site it means Facebook could place the similar content on their Newsfeed.  Also if you appear to frown while seeing something on the site it means you are not enjoying the content you’re watching, so Facebook could remove the similar content from their Newsfeed. But currently there’s no confirmation that Facebook has received the approval to move forward with this.
