Restart the windows Explorer process in Task manager

operate in windows explorer to fix the issue.
Press Windows Key + R simultaneously on your keyboard
to launch run prompt. Enter the taskmgr.exe command and hit enter to open task
manager.
Or type Run on search windows to open the desktop app,
right click the app and run as administrator then enter taskmgr.exe command
then hit Ok.
Now, check the menu, under Processes tab on Windows
processes scroll down and look for Windows explorer. Click, Windows Explorer and hit restart button on right
hand at the bottom.
Use command prompt system scan
If the issue persist, try
system scan to fix it using command line interface. First open command line
interface, right click on your PC screen, new select shortcut from the list, type
CMD on prompted windows then hit enter or next then finish.
Now, command line interface
shortcut will be created on a desktop apps, tap and right click the shortcut,
select Run as administrator, click yes to verify user account.
In the command lines enter
SFC/scannow, then hit enter. The system scan begins, be patient the process
will take some time.
Use PowerShell with administrator right to create new task.

for you, try to use windows built in command line tool to create new task. One such
built command line tool is PowerShell, run PowerShell with administrator right
to configure system settings and automate windows tasks. Follow the following
step by step wizard to fix taskbar not responding issue using windows built in
PowerShell tool.
Press a cursor on Search
windows and type in PowerShell. Tap and right click on windows PowerShell
(desktop app) and select run as administrator. Click yes to verify user account
on pops up window.

command execution, when the command executed effectively. Open file explorer, select

folder named TileDataLayer. Navigate to local disk C: /Users/TEMP/Appdata/local/.
Make sure you checked show hidden items.
Check your drivers for update
This seems to be easy and
can make your taskbar work again, but you might omit and not use it at all, but
you have to remember outdated drivers usually results in worse performance of
