Smartphone device allows access of the internet direct
with your own bundle subscribing from internet provider. So, with Wi-Fi hotspot
you can share internet with your fellows either at home, work, jogging club,
etc.
For security reason, make sure your Wi-Fi hotspot has a
password otherwise anyone can access your data without you knowing. Usually you
will find your subscription bundle don’t last for wrong time.
Unless the hotspot is open, or the owner gave you the
password, you can’t, that’s how network security works and that’s the primary
reason for having wireless network security.
But for someone to access your device internet will
need to have your device password otherwise will not have access to it. Every
smartphone depending on the phone manufacturer comes in default password. So
you might need to change the password and set your own password.

- Tap settings from your phone home screen, if you use launcher scroll down and find settings or you can search apps… direct from search apps… bar.
- Under Network & Connections tap Tethering & portable hotspot near more from the bottom. Under tethering & portable hotspot tap Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Near basic settings under Wi-Fi hotspot select Set up Wi-Fi hotspot. Now you can set your Network name and password. Also you can see saved password just tick the box named “show password”. Click save button at the bottom right corner with blue color.
