(PDF) is the file format that captures all the element of printed document as
an electronic image that you can view, navigate, print and forward to someone
else. You can create using Adobe acrobat, using document in saving the document
choose save as PDF.
Sometimes you might need
to protect your sensitive PDF files with password due to information contained
to the file for instance bank information, business partner information,
company information that you don’t want to be revealed by anyone else except
yourself, files contains online purchase store information, and other files
from office you work or other agency. That
will control access to your PDF files. Add the password that no ones can access
the files either from copying or editing your PDF file.
Each PDF file you own will
be having password, so if you have such protected files, it means that each
file will have a unique password, then it’s impossible for you to remember all
the password or you will get discouraged in every time you want to read the PDF
because will requires you to enter the password.
Might happen you’re in
hurry and you need to get access of the information as faster as you can, but
with PDF protected you won’t since you will need to enter the password first.
So, in this article I will
be teaching you the ways, which you can use to remove password protection from
PDF files easily. You won’t need to use the third parties tools to remove the
password since the tools is already installed in your system. And the trick is
too simple you need to launch Google chrome browser if you have already installed
into your system.
But remember also, the
sensitive information can impact your life, especially if your information
leak. So, if you don’t have the strong reason to remove the leave it.
Google chrome browser as
some browser has inbuilt function of PDF reader as well as PDF editor. In using
both built in features will solve the problem of removing password to our
protected PDF files. Follow the steps below to remove password from protected
PDF file.
Right click on the
password protected PDF file, choose open with> will be given list of options
select Google chrome that is (OPEN WITH>GOOGLE CHROME). Will ask you to
enter the password, do it and click on the submit button.
At the top most right
corner click more, customize and control Google chrome (three vertical dots). From
the options given selects Print… or you can use shortcut by pressing CTRL + P.
The tab appears on your
left hand, click change… button next to destination. Under local destinations
click on Save as PDF.
Now you will see Save as
PDF placed in recent destination, and now check the password has been removed.
