Start your android phone in safe mode:

I don’t advice this
option, use it if you are sure that your android phone is truly affected by
malicious and you have already tried other options and no positive results you
get from the previous options. Remember resetting your phone or tablet you will
lose everything on your phone such as your apps, Google accounts, photo and
video especially if you haven’t backed up, etc. You will be starting fresh.
To reset your phone follow
these steps: Open settings menu, scroll down, under system tap Backup &
reset. Under backup & reset tap Factory data reset, then tap reset phone at
the middle bottom of your phone screen. Remember these steps might differ
depending on your phone manufacturer/vendor.
