Not able to open my files in SAMSUNG GALAXY J2
Is one of the best Samsung Galaxy series I have ever
used, was launched in September 2015 with best resolution of 540*960 pixel and
4.70 inches of screen size. Have you tried to access your files in your Samsung
Galaxy j2 prompting a message as “Unfortunately My File has stopped”? if you
have run it such kind of error don’t get bothered, here you can do to solve the
issue
First option, Go to your home screen file tap settings
under System tap apps or all Apps and locate the app. Hit the located app once then
storage, tap to clear its cache data and restart your phone. Still doesn’t work
try another option?
Second option, Try to close your other apps except the
one you need to open. Now open. Problem might persist due to interference from
another app.
Third option, Restart your phone; restarting your phone
often that is the best option, you might get it working.
Fourth option, Get different file managing app, this is
the best solution to, download and install different file managing app in your
device. I recommend to you install File Commander then try to access your file
again.
Still not working tries to access from third part,
connect your device to computer through USB cable and try to access your file
through that.
